Hacienda Sur Luna Airpark

Hacienda Sur Luna Airpark is a limited access subdivision.  It has a 4800' paved runway with 2400' lighted.  There are currently 9 family residences.   An electric gate guards the main entrance.  Beyond the gate is a full size copper replica of a Curtiss Jenny on a 25 foot high column reflecting the historic nature of this area. Lots are typically 2.5 ac.  Water well and septic system are the owner's responsibility.  Typical well depth is 375 ft. Covenants are in place to assure a continuation of property values and include:   Residences of at least 1200 sq. ft.   Standard construction meeting Universal Building Codes.   Hangar-houses are acceptable.
