The runway is 100x4200 ft. of packed native soil and gravel.  The developer continues to grade/drag the runway as needed.  There is no homeowners association nor runway maintenance fee. All lots are 2.5 acres measuring about 330'x330' less space for utilities, road, taxiway and runway.  Building restrictions are minimal and current structures include single wide mobile homes and hangars with internal living quarters.  The lot diagram indicates developer owned lots (without the box).  There are currently 12 residences occupied either full or part time.
